Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

    • Personal care items (e.g., patches, skin-contact products).

    • Items marked as "Final Sale."

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
